Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, so if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items will be photographed in their packaging before being sent.
If a parcel arrives damaged, then please take pics before opening in case it has caused damage to the item enclosed in which case we can chase the delivery company if they are to blame, with some proof. Even if the item is fine, we would appreciate an email or text to consider alternative companies going forward.
Please notify us via email of any pending return for us to respond and be ready for arrival.
On return, we will inspect the item to decide if there is a fair reason for the return. We will then respond via email as to our response and any options to take.
We will not refund or exchange for damage caused by the purchaser nor for change of mind or wrong size. All items on site have clear measurements displayed and additional information can be received on request before any purchase.
Any refunds required in the above situations require purchaser to pay the delivery costs in both directions, so the refund would be for the item only.
To complete any return or refund, we also require proof of purchase within the 30 day limit.
Should a refund be justified, either full monies will be refunded or a replacement of same or similar size and subject be offered with any balance be returned or paid.
All artworks on this site were created by Jim McDonald who passed away in 2018. As his widow I have inherited all of this work. But I cannot mount, frame of repeat any of his work, so it comes as seen on this site. Thankyou
