Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, so if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items will be photographed in their packaging before being sent.
If a parcel arrives damaged, then please take pics before opening in case it has caused damage to the item enclosed. This is to chase the delivery company if they are to blame, with some proof. Even if the item is fine, we would appreciate an email or text to consider alternative companies going forward.
Please notify us via email of any pending return for us to respond and be ready for arrival.
On return, we will inspect the item to decide if there is a fair reason for the return. We will then respond via email as to our response and any options to take.
We will not refund or exchange for damage caused by the purchaser nor for change of mind or wrong size. All items on site have clear measurements displayed and additional information can be received on request before any purchase.
Any refunds required in the above situations require purchaser to pay the delivery costs in both directions, so the refund would be for the item only.
To complete any return or refund, we also require proof of purchase within the 30 day limit.
Please be aware that this site only has hand made items, as these are one offs there are only a few items that can be almost repeated in the case of damage. However an alternative of same type and value would be probably be on offer, or a full refund is also a likely option. Please do not regard imperfections as faulty or damaged, this is the nature of hand made items.
In the case of clothing, please follow the guide lines on measureing in our Terms and Conditions before ordering a size, as the designs and colours are NOT repeatable or in different sizes and cannot be offered as a replacement. So an item that does not fit will not be accepted for return, as we give clear guidlines on measuring, and all items clearly show the measurments.
Our Orgonite items cannot be guaranteed to block or convert EMF’s because although the guidlines are fully followed on this subject, we have no means to test them at present. Therefore they should be seen as attractive gifts or ornaments, until such time we find a way to measure the energies being drawn in or out.
All the Paintings on this site were painted by Jim McDonald who passed away in 2018. As his widow I have inherited all of this work. But I cannot mount, frame of repeat any of his work, so it comes as seen on this site.
